Project Introduction

Super-clean peroxid XLPE applied in high voltage and extra-high voltage power cables (abbreviated as Super-clean Cable Materials), is mainly employed in the isolation layer for 66kV or above electrical cables. At present, domestically used super-clean cable materials rely on the imports completely. With the advantage of high technical content and margins, the aforesaid material is expected to substitute imports, and it is pollution-free. Compared with ordinary peroxid XLPE, the aforesaid material is extremely strict on the control of impurities. 

Main Content and Scale

It is expected to bring in internationally advanced production facilities and establish a producing line of super-clean cable materials reaching annual capacity of 4000 tons.

Estimated Total Investment

CNY 100 million, including CNY 80 million in fixed assets.

Economic Benefits

After the designed capacity is achieved, it is expected to reach CNY 200 million of annual sales and CNY 30 million of profits. The project should be completed in one year and the expected payback period is 3 years.

Investment Mode

①Sole proprietorship. The construction project is located at Power Transmitting and Transforming Equipment (Smart Grid) Industrial Park or Italy Industrial Park in Baoying County.

②Joint venture. The cooperation partner is Baosheng Group, which is a large state-owned enterprise specialized in  the production of electrical products, including electrical wires and cables of 500kV and below, electrical cable materials, transformers and switch cabinets. The company was elected into one of Chinese top 500 companies, Chinese 500 top manufacturing companies, and Chinese top 500 mechanical companies successively.
